This franchise is locally owned and operated by Steve, and he is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as the primary point of contact for his valued customers.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Management
- Strong knowledge in construction, especially in flooring
- Strong customer service orientation- committed to delivering 5-star experience
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Strong organizational acumen, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in a production board, calendars, and salespeople
- Problem solver with a "Can Do" attitude to tackle challenges head-on
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Maintain strong relationships with customers
- Oversee daily office operations
- Respond quickly to new customer leads and schedule leads for appointments for the sales team
- Be a champion for the brand with customers- sell the story and generate excitement
- Support local marketing efforts as required
- Keep the office and warehouse organized and presentable
- Assist in the development, management, and delivery of local marketing tactics
- Assist with ordering and receiving products and materials
- Keep customers informed of installation progress regularly
- Maintain Quickbooks
- Familiarity with CRM software (E.g. Salesforce, a plus)
- Strive for 5/5 star rating
