Role: Business Operations Manager

We are a locally owned and operated franchise, and we are looking for an exceptional individual to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Business Operations Manager Benefits And Perks:

Business Operations Manager Qualifications:
  • Office/Production/Operations Management experience 
  • Strong communication skills (over the phone and in-person)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
  • Able to work independently without supervision
  • Ability to manage crews, calendars, and salespeople
Office/Production Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with customers
  • Keep the office and warehouse organized and presentable
  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Schedule all leads to appointments for sales team
  • Meet with sales staff weekly to discuss recent sales and production
  • Order all product needed for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery
  • Communicate with installers and customer on start dates, times, and progress
  • Discuss and obtain written permission for any changes in contracted work
  • Assist with ordering and receiving products and materials
  • Strive for 5/5 star rating
  • Update InspireNet daily with status of job and upcoming schedule via the Production Dashboard
Compensation:
$22.00-$28.00 hour plus bonus opportunities
