SUMMARY:

As the CNC Machine Operator, you will perform setup and programming duties as related to CNC machinery. You will be a critical team member ensuring that Flickinger Industries ships high quality pneumatic cylinders on time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manufacture machined parts to meet standards and specifications

· Operate CNC lathe equipment

· Operate CNC vertical machining centers

· Load/unload material

· Perform in process inspections

· Make minor adjustments to machine settings

· Complete manufacturing paperwork

· Add coolant and oil when needed

· Remove scrap/machining waste when needed

EDUCATION (OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE):

· Previous experience working in a CNC manufacturing setting preferred

· High school diploma or GED.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:

· Must have strong attention to detail

· Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

· Ability to work independently and closely follow directions is essential.

· Ability to read precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers etc…)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
