FlexTG is Hiring a Customer Service Supply Specialist Near Mesa, AZ

Position Summary
In a Customer Service Call Center environment, responds promptly to customer needs by taking and fulfilling orders. Responds to requests for service and assistance. Manages difficult or emotional customer situations. Listens intently and responds in a positive manner to all requests and questions. The position requires excellent customer relation skills, the ability to think critically and communicate well with our customers both internal and external.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Receive orders from multiple platforms (i.e.phones/alerts/email, etc) from new/existing customers
  • Enter all consumable orders after review of device using multiple computer and software programs
  • Process orders in a time sensitive manner
  • Quote shipping charges when needed (i.e. Overnight, branch specific shipping charges)
  • Research any questions and follow up as needed
  • Verify manufacturer supported pricing number matches with MPS contracted items, deals
  • Validate customer PO pricing against cost, escalate as needed
  • Confers with sales, shipping, vendor website, warehouse or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
  • Engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information and diffuse angry clients, as needed
  • Participate in on-going training, coaching and development programs / classes
  • Assist in basic training shadowing with new hires
  • Reviews statistics and prepares various reports for management
  • Basic understanding of mathematical calculations

Qualifications and Experience
  • High School graduate GED
  • Industry experience preferred
  • 1-2 years previous customer service/call center experience highly preferred
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem Solving – Proactively identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong self-motivator with ability to works independently, yet a great team player
  • Intermediate computer knowledge *MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Adapts quickly to frequent process changes and improvements
  • Reliable transportation
