Qualifications:
- Must have anywhere from 1-5 yrs.- payroll experience- and be trustworthy
- Need someone to understand the basics
- QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Understand payroll/bank recon/credit card reconciliation
- In the beginning she will talk to the banks directly not our candidate
- Strong work ethic, someone that takes pride in the position, not afraid to ask questions- someone who wants to help the business grow.
- Easy going, laid back, no drama, onsite daily.
- Wear multiple hats
- CPA experience a big plus
- Paychex, ADP, QuickBooks, gusto platforms are all acceptable
- Looking for someone to take the initiative
- -BENEFITS: 12 Days of PTO earned a year after 90-day probation period. 401k, MDV offered.
