Job Description: The Real Estate Program Manager will play a pivotal part in the strategic expansion and optimization of Flexential's data center facility portfolio. This is a highly impactful role requiring someone to work cross-functionally to plan and execute facility projects that will drive results that impact revenue and EBITDA. This role will have the chance to influence the forward-looking vision of the business and ensure our capital efficient strategy is scalable as we grow. This individual will contribute to ideation, productization and sunsetting facilities in the Flexential portfolio. Finally, this individual must manage strategic internal relationships to develop a real estate program with scalable and consistent processes.Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
Provide cross-functional leadership from ideation through productization (or decommissioning)
Bring process clarity and defined check-points through establishing processes and RACIs, to make projects repeatable, scalable, and consistent
Improve and maintain stakeholder communication and alignment
Engage with teams to develop work plans and resource requirements
Drive accountability amongst team members
Define end-to-end processes and deliverables for real estate acquisition, facility development, and facility exits
Oversee multiple projects and ensure a smooth, high-quality delivery
Track project budgets, timelines, progress, key milestones, and outcomes
Ensure clear documentation of approvals, updates, concerns, risks, progress, and outcomes
Analyze and evaluate risks and opportunities
Lead a cross-functional team to mitigate risks
Review business strategy recommendations
Define technical requirements for C-Suite executives
Lead a small real estate team
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience with a proven track record with project management, team management, and stakeholder alignment
Experience in budget tracking and reporting
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change
Develop and build relationships with cross functional stakeholders to drive initiatives and results
Strong collaboration skills with various personalities and methods of communication
Aptitude to grasp technical concepts quickly and accurately to drive business decisions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g business, real estate, construction, engineering) or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Data Center knowledge and experience
Construction or Real Estate Experience is a plus
Project Certification (PMP, etc.)
Expert Excel skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools (Smartsheets)
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Walk or Stand for 25% of the time
Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
Lift 25 lbs.
Limited travel may be required

Benefits are subject to change at the Company's discretion. Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $127,500 - $145,400. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate's experience, location, and qualifications. Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
