Flexaust is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Reports to:

Inside Sales Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

Enter orders, answer phone calls from a rotating call que, enter/update quotes, communicate via email with customers on orders/questions, and initiate return requests from customers.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to use a computer quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficient with Outlook and Excel.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Great work attendance.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Self-starter and quick learner.
  • Strong communication skills.

Typical Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Clarifies descriptions, checks prices, and enters purchase orders daily.
  • Timely process change orders, expedites, quotations, material return authorizations and cost requests.
  • Monitors ship dates and advises customers of order status.
  • Timely follow-up on email inquiries from customers.
  • Answering customer phone calls from call que for inquiries on applications, pricing, stock checks, expediting, etc.
  • Work closely with your Outside Sales Rep to support our customers and keep quotes current/accurate and loaded in SalesForce.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively within the company for information like lead times, shipping, quotes, expedite requests and more.
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

This position is considered non-exempt.

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Overtime as needed.
