Shift : Monday-Thursday 7a-5 : 30pPay rate : $15 / hr
Responsibilities : · Incoming, In process visual inspections of materials· Part picking· Part storage and restock· Maintain a safe work environment.
- Understand and meet / exceed set departmental production and efficiency targets.· Complete physical inventory counts as required.
- Identify, resolve, and report employee safety issues or concerns· Resolve conflicts and issues in a professional, respectful manner.
- Ensure that all company policies, rules, and regulations are being adhered to.· Maintain thorough understanding of rack and warehouse safety protocols.
- Daily communications with peers and management on the pulse of the department. Requirements : · High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in small warehouse operations· Experience with ground and LTL shipment processes· Experience with ISO 9001 : 2015 or proven track record of success using LEAN principles.
- Proficient with MS Office with an emphasis on excel.· Able to physically life 40 pounds repeatedly over an extended period of time each day.
