Lingo Staffing is now hiring Welder Fitters in Roanoke, VA. Hours : Monday - Thursday 3 : 30pm - 3am*overtime and weekend work is mandatory as needed* Pay : $23 / hour Welder Fitters are responsible for welding, fitting, and assembling sheet metal. Job Requirements :

• Must be able to fit and weld Fluxcore 1 / 16th.
• Must be able to successfully pass a 3G Weld Test.
• Must know AWS weld symbols, shapes, fractions, nearside, and farside.
• Heavy lifting (50-100 lbs.) repeatedly throughout the shift
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
