We are looking for Machine Set-up Assistants!!
Responsibilities
* Complete daily activities within the maintenance department as assigned.
* Completes Preventive Maintenance on equipment.
* Completes Predictive Maintenance Tasks as assigned.
* Completes On Demand Work Orders as assigned.
* Maintain a safe work environment.
* Maintain reliability of equipment through implementation and flawless execution of a preventative and predictive maintenance program.
* Complete data entry of maintenance related tasks into ERP system.
* Drive efficiency improvements to meet the organization's KPI goals.

Requirements:
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing.
- Mechanical aptitude and comprehension.
- Able to weld aluminum, solder brass and use a variety of machining equipment.
- Must be forklift certified or able to pass forklift certification.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers; talk and hear. Frequently required to reach, bend, squat, stretch, and twist. Regularly required to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds with help. Regularly required to stand and walk during the entire shift. Must be able to work efficiently and repetitively with hands and have physical strength, stamina, and coordination to perform duties.
