Our client is a manufacturing company in Green Bay who looking to add someone to their corporate office. They are a multi-division company and have been a leader in their industry for over 100 years!

Responsibilities:

• Record daily transactions
• Journal entries, account reconciliations, analysis of accounts and reports
• Gather, compile, analyze and maintain costing information in the company's ERP software
• Determine fixed costs for proper allocations
• Assist other departments who use cost data to ensure adequate understanding of the data and proper usage
• Review and analyze actual costs compared to budgets for material discrepancies
• Investigate cost variances, recommend resolutions and follow through
• Assist with improving efficiencies for company profitability
• Month-end closing processes
• Research and resolve discrepancies

General Information:

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week between the hours of 7:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday

Length: Direct Hire

Pay: $43K/year-$55K/year, based on experience

• Word and Excel knowledge
• Business or Accounting Degree preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
