School Psychologist
Current Assignment:
Districtwide
Beginning July 1, 2024
Must have valid PA School Psychologist K-12 Certification.
- Complete multidisciplinary evaluations and reevaluations to determine eligibility for special education services.
- Consult in development of IEP or 504 Plans.
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments.
- Lead meetings with parents to communicate results of evaluation.
- Collaborate with staff to develop strategies/intervention plans to support student needs.
- Be a key member of MTSS team to support needs of all students.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively. Exhibit strong time management skills to meet timeline requirements.
- Demonstrate knowledge of state and federal regulations related to position.
- Personal characteristics indicative of maturity, flexibility, tactfulness, cooperation, and cheerfulenss. Demonstrated knowledge and experience
