We are seeking a skilled Assocation Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of homeowner assoation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, customer service, meeting management and vendor management.

**Duties:**

- Manage aspects of association meetings, budgets, financial activities and board iniatives

- Handle board relations, including inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution

- Ensure compliance association by-laws

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed

- Utilize Appfolio software for property management tasks

- Negotiate vednor contracts, bidding process for board authroized projects

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to property management

- Knowledge of Appfolio software or similar property management tools

- Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively

- Excellent customer relationship management skills

- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors

- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to home owners associations
