Job Position: Service Technician
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: WEEKLY PAY
Payrate: $22.00-$30.00 per hour D.O.E
Description of work:
- Perform on-site repairs at customer locations throughout Texas on waste and recycling equipment.
- Correctly identify parts needed to repair units on one trip whenever possible.
- Fabricate replacement hoses and fittings when needed.
- Replace hydraulic cylinders when needed.
- Fabricate steel components when needed.
- Complete all required paperwork. Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in electrical (schematics/prints), hydraulics, and welding/fabricating.
- Ability to utilize MIG welders, plasma cutter, and cutting torch.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- A valid driver’s license. Basic hand tools Must have good attendance.
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing.
Physical Requirements:
- Requires lifting, pushing, pulling up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand and bend for extended periods of time.
Experience:
- HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
