Job position: General Laborer
Job Type: Full-Time
Payrate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm/Monday-Friday
Job Description:
- (Various tasks include but not limited to)
- Helping Welding Technicians prepare waste containers to be repaired.
- Torch burning
- Assisting Lead fabricator when necessary
- Prepping the metal waste containers to be painted including grinding flaking paint and rust.
- Painting the metal waste containers after they were repaired using an airless Paint Sprayer
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the shop, office and grounds.
- With good work performance this position could lead to learning a skilled trade (Welding) for the right person!
- A current driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Travel is required 50-75% of the time.
- Requires lifting, pushing, pulling up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand and bend for extended periods of time.
