At FLEET Early Learning Station, we offer a traditional early childhood environment that focuses on kindergarten readiness in a loving, educational, and fast-paced atmosphere. We are seeking a full time early childhood Lead Preschool Teacher to add to our amazing early education team! Ideal candidates will excel in customer service, love working with children, and enjoy working in a close team environment. Hourly wage is determined by education, experience, and qualifications.

Job Description (not limited to):

• Develop and maintain a productive rapport with children and families.
• Partner with a Lead Teacher to implement curriculum in a creative fashion driven by positive reinforcement and centered around the Kansas Early Standards.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child.
• Ensure communication with management is provided as needed.
• Manage daily schedules of each learner with the highest quality of care.
• Partner with families and provide communication regarding each child's daily progress.
• Adhere to the KDHE licensing regulations as well as company policies.
• Maintain annual Kansas Trainings as required by KDHE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
