Job Title: Flavor Boom! Food Service Team Member

Location: 224 Arsenal St, Watertown, MA 02472

Salary: Up to $17 per hour

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Position Overview:
As a Food Service Team Member, you'll fulfill Flavor Boom! orders to team standards, help customers order on kiosks and over-the-phone, open and/or close the store, and maintain the safety and cleanliness of the store. No cash handling or prior food-service experience necessary! Fulfilling Flavor Boom! orders is as easy as working at an ice cream store!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly.
  • Prepare food items accordingly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and rotating food items.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
