We are looking for people with over 5 years of experience in any corporate service area in any country. We will not ask you to promote or pitch your service to clients like other platforms do. We will work with you to put together a service package exclusive to you, and organize the service process so that you can rely on member freelancers and our systems to market the service as ours and pay you for managing the service based on the total sales generated. 

Qualifications

• Licensed CPA or EA
• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field and 5-year of experience in U.S. tax
• Experience with US corporate income tax return preparation (i.e. 1120 and 1065)
• Experience with foreign-owned corporate taxation
• Ability to manage contractors or vendors in tax related services

Responsibilities• Work with external vendors or contractors to prepare federal and state corporate tax returns and work papers for Companies with foreign shareholders, subsidiaries or employees
• Recognize the required information from clients’ tax documents and convert it into part of tax work papers
• Supervise third parties’ preparation of federal tax forms and related schedules
• Generate resident and non-resident state tax forms and create reconciliation work papers
• Communicate with clients to acquire additional tax information and clarify confusions
• Research on unfamiliar topics by utilizing online resources
• Set up processes and standards for vendors including utilizing proper systems for tax preparation
Time CommitmentThis is a contract opportunity to earn additional income. Hours available are based on number of client orders and projects.
