Our Warehouse Associates work as a team to ensure that customer’s orders are processed in and out of the facility in a timely and accurate manner.

The day to day:

• Assist with shipping and receiving, loading & unloading trucks, checking in merchandise

• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins
• Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for other warehouse staff and customer traffic
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves
• Assist in counting of physical inventory
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed

• Communication Proficiency, ability to read, write, speak clearly in English
• Organizational Skills

• Technical and Computer experience/ability
• Thoroughness; strong attention to detail
• Time Management
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Forklift and Picker driving required of employees; training and certification provided by Flash
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand up to 6-8 hours.
• High school education or GED
• One to two years warehouse experience
