Looking for somone to fill a "Shift Leader" position. Ability to oversee other team members, work under pressure, a good multitasker and communicator while providing excellent customer service to dining guests.

As a Shifter Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, personable, overseeing other servers and ensuring their overall dining experience is enjoyable. Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Enter orders into the POS system (TOAST)

- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal

- Clear tables and clean up after guests leave

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Assist with food preparation as needed

- Train new hires as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred

- Must be English speaking. Mandarin a plus.

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Team player mentality with a positive attitude

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
