We are looking for a dental assistant who is a committed team player, has a positive outgoing personality, and who delivers high-quality care. As a dental assistant at Flagstaff Downtown Dental, you will have the opportunity to learn from an incredibly knowledgeable and fun-loving staff. We focus on quality work and patient interaction at our office. We encourage professional growth- continuing education is encouraged. This is a great opportunity for growing a long-term career.

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist during dental procedures
  • Prepare and clean rooms for patients
  • Take digital x-rays
  • Take digital impressions
  • Make temporary crowns with Dentist
  • Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques

Dental Assistant Requirements:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
  • Familiarity with anatomy and oral health
  • Proficiency using Eaglesoft and Dexis
  • Team player
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Residing in Flagstaff full-time
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
