North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. The Dental Hygienist is a licensed dental provider engaged in the general practice of dental/oral hygiene and all related or associated duties including patient/community education, clinical and therapeutic dental hygiene procedures under the supervision of a licensed dentist.

• Hold of be eligible to obtain an Arizona license. Certificate of completion from accredited Dental Hygiene Program.
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
