Role:

  • Provide expert hand therapy services under the guidance of our seasoned Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) and in collaboration with our two hand surgeons.
  • Develop and implement innovative therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Utilize our state-of-the-art, custom-designed hand therapy space equipped with a large custom hand table and all necessary tools and equipment.
  • Engage actively with our therapy services team to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to specialize further in hand therapy. 

Benefits: (All benefits listed are for a 40 hour/week position and will be adjusted for part-time roles)

  • Competitive Salary: We offer a salary range from $83,200 to $119,500, depending on your expertise and experience.

Requirements

  • Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT) preferred. 
  • Physical Therapists (PT) or Occupational Therapists (OT) showing a strong interest in specializing in hand therapy are encouraged to apply. We are willing to support the right candidate in obtaining their hand therapy certification.
  • Hold or be eligible to obtain a current Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy license in Arizona.
  • Demonstrated passion for and commitment to specializing in hand therapy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work intimately with our therapy services team members.
  • Possess American Heart Association-issued BLS certification
  • Have a clean background check
