Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. - Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using appropriate tools and techniques. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment documentation. - Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner. - Respond to facility-related emergencies and address any urgent repair needs promptly. - Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems as needed. Experience: - Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred. - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory. - Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment. - Knowledge of industrial mechanics, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and logic controllers. - Basic understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and controls. - Experience with HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and basic repairs. - Welding skills are a plus but not required. - Excellent customer service skills to interact with employees, vendors, and contractors.
