    • Depending on the candidate’s verified skillset, experience, and references, this role is offered at a range of $70,000 - $80,000 / year.

    Your Primary Responsibilities: Note: Each category listed below is what you get to own fully in your role - even if tasks or situations arise that are not specifically listed in the examples.

  • In-Studio & On-Location Photography, including but not limited to:
    • Taking a project from ideation to completion, whether it’s to shoot a new collection of products or a campaign to showcase our brand ethos.
    • Coordinating and planning for shoots including comprehensive shot lists, props, products, places, people, etc.
    • Scheduling, managing, and empowering models to be their best for you and us.
    • Pristinely maintaining equipment, props, products, and studio cleanliness.
    • Conceptualizing a mix of both in-studio and on-location/lifestyle action sets for each product/collection shoot.
    • Delivering new and engaging storyline concepts or campaigns to the team
    • Ensuring shoots are scheduled in advance with enough time to finalize all content to deliver to the marketing team for launch implementation
  • Edit and Finalize Content For A Multitude of Channels and Purposes, including but not limited to:
    • Stills for Site, Socials, and Paid Media
    • Photos of the “In Between Moments/Journey”
  • Review Published Content Weekly To Document Community Comments and Insights For Ongoing Improvement
  • Maintain a high level of work output in a fast-paced environment alongside a driven and results-focused team
  • Utilize our team collaboration channels with precise organization, file centralization, prompt responses, and attention to detail (dropbox, google drive, slack, and Clickup)
  • Contribute to operational integrity by documenting checklists and process standards for your role
  • Communicate with clarity and speed consistently and proactively
  • Foundational Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of: natural and studio lighting, angles and compositional skills, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier, and Mac OS
  • Strong understanding of Social Media
  • Experience with keeping sensitive information confidential
  • Reliable daily transportation to our HQ, even in slightly inclement weather (it’s Montana!)
  • Flexible, organized, and able to multitask while meeting deadlines
  • Highly effective communicator and conversationalist
  • Ability to both take creative direction, and deliver creative direction, in a way that all content embodies Flag Nor Fail brands standards and essence
  • Willing and able to travel appx 30-40% of the year
