The Opportunity

Our experienced HVAC Installation Leads serve our customers throughout the Phoenix Valley area. We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. Compensation & Benefits

• On Target Earnings: $70,000-150,000

Responsibilities

• Service customer homes within the Phoenix metro
• Install HVAC and ancillary systems in customer homes including:
  • Furnaces
  • A/C Systems
  • Ductwork
  • Humidifiers
• Work alongside and coach HVAC Install Apprentices

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Prior experience developing an Apprentice
• Basic hand and power tools required to complete installation work
• Experience with the start-up of multiple system types

Requirements

• 2 years of residential HVAC Installation experience
• EPA Type II Certification
• Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. regularly over the course of the workday

Hours: 5:30 AM - 3 PM, Monday - Friday, Rotating Saturdays
