Job Overview:

The BDR will answer inbound calls and respond to form submissions from prospective members interested in supporting Conservative causes by buying new lines of service. In addition, they will be responsible for outbound prospecting and setting appointments for the Enterprise Outside Sales Agents as needed. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, well-spoken, and want to join a growing service-centric team. They will enthusiastically communicate the four pillars of PM's mission statement and set expectations regarding the activation process. A primary function will also be the collection of key information required for the smooth transition and activation of the prospective member's mobile carrier service.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Achieve weekly/monthly activity KPIs as outlined by management.

· Achieve monthly sales and performance goals as outlined by management.

· Provide exceptional quality and service with every interaction.

· Present information to prospects/members in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

· Value every call and lead; treat prospects with empathy and care.

· Field inbound calls, make outbound follow-up & prospecting calls, and respond to form submissions, while providing potential members with the information needed to close the sale.

· Attend local Chamber of Commerce events as needed.

· Use a consultative sales approach to build rapport and determine the device/plan that best meets members' needs.

· Utilize CRM tools to enter prospect account information, contacts, companies, and deals.

· Stay current with Conservative causes and industry information, news, technology, and events.

· Adhere to all sales processes and policies as outlined by management.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Understand business-to-consumer selling process and phone sales techniques.
  • Strong desire to succeed through self-motivation, customer service, and a great work ethic.
  • Highly proficient computer skills with multiple programs open, including Microsoft Office.
  • Dependable, including excellent attendance.
  • Flexible schedule with a willingness to work evenings and/or Saturdays.

· Ability to quickly learn, analyze situations, and make decisions which support the mission of Patriot Mobile.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience, wireless/cell phone preferred.
  • Associate degree from a regionally accredited college or equivalent combination of work and education experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.

· Must be able to work in a variety of spaces to include cubicle, counter, and or desk areas.

· Must be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
