The primary responsibility of the Account Relationship Manager is to take full ownership of his/her assigned accounts and manage and grow relationships to drive organic growth and renewals that support long-term partnerships. They are able to do so by joining in account training, participating in the nesting process (which includes taking some calls immediately after training) and understanding the business needs of their accounts in order to provide value added suggestions and recommendations. They possess advanced planning skills, excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency (both verbal and written). They display strategic thinking capabilities, an understanding of call center KPI’s, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Products such as MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solution areas within assigned regional clients.
  • Build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Assisting client in identifying current needs and then effectively articulate how Five Star Call Centers can add value through services and solutions.
  • Identify strategies which will be used to develop and grow the account profitably and ensure long term partnerships.
  • Act as first point of contact for client issues.
  • Analyze KPI results and develop detailed action plans to enhance performance.
  • Effectively and accurately compile and present account performance summaries to all levels of leadership within the accounts’ organization.
  • Success will require detailed understanding of client needs, effective sales planning, and building trust, all while managing client expectations. Developing the skills required to know your client, building effective and lasting relationships with them and to be seen as a trusted advisor.
  • This position will require ongoing touch-base calls with assigned clients, and a regular cadence of Performance reporting and follow-up.

  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
Required Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a similar environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in contact center role.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing regional accounts and building relationships.
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics.
  • Presentation skills
Workplace type:
This is an on-site position.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Eligible to work onsite in Guatemala City, Guatemala
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry required
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English (Must be @ a level C1 or above
  • Must be willing and able to travel based on client and business needs.
Salary
  • This is a full-time salaried position with excellent benefits. The pay range for this position is 230K -240K Quetzal annually, dependent on experience.
