Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team with a strong 6 figure earining potential. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for Five Star Bath Solutions company, product and process information and quote estimates during in-home appointments set/confirmed by the front office. Candidate is expected to apply sales closing techniques, offering bathroom solutions to customers and help customer overcome objections to close the sale. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Leverage past experience combined with company provided training, to identify customer's needs and build value in our services provided to close the sale same day in-home.

- A strong, professional, persuasive IPAD presentation to build our customer's wish bathroom.

- Complete paper work as needed electronically, including generating estimates and submitting financial documents

- Coordinate schedule and feedback on each appointment with front office.

- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Requirements:
- Proven 3-5 years experience in in-home sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to quickly develop clients trust and build relationship.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficient in negotiation and closing skills

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Pay: $102,400.00 - $173,294.00 per year
