Getting the Job Done:

· Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuine hospitality

· Enthusiastically greets all guests, warmly engages and promptly responds to guest’s requests.

· Anticipates guest’s needs and offers services prior to the guest asking.

· Maintains current knowledge of all breakfast/evening items offered and the preparation and presentation standards.

· Keeps accurate logs of inventory and consumption.

· Keeps work area clean, stocked and organized.

· Sets up, re-stocks, cleans and breaks down the back and front of house area.

· Ensures attractive and consistent presentation of all food items.

· Adheres to property specific best practices and Brand standards for guest interaction, personal grooming, sanitation, food handling and guest safety.

· Be aware of the Guest Service Scores and understand your role ensuring guest satisfaction.

· Presents both warmth and professionalism when interacting with the guest and team members.

· Attends all mandatory meetings and timely completes all required training.

The Experience for Success:

· Customer Service Experience

· State food handlers license

· Strong communication skills

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Willingness to work in in a fast- paced and physically active work environment.
