Hiring Immediately, Administrative Assistant for our Service Department.

Fitzgerald Auto Mall is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant! We need to add an assistant to handle document management, phone duties, and clerical operations due to an increase in business.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous service center experience is not required. The ability to work independently after tasks are assigned, communication skills, and teamwork. Come join the Fitzgerald Auto Mall team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers for updates.
• Schedule appointments for the Service Department.
• Collating of reports and filing to assist management.
• Additional tasks as assigned by management.
