Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs for clients
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions to clients, focusing on their specific goals and needs
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and maximize results
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their training programs as needed
- Provide guidance and motivation to clients to help them stay committed to their fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area

Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for tracking client progress and managing payments
- Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining client records is a plus
- Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting additional services or products

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct, motivate, and educate clients
- Ability to tailor training programs to meet individual client needs and goals
- Strong time management skills to efficiently schedule sessions and manage multiple clients
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effectively communicating with diverse clientele
- Supervising skills to ensure proper form, technique, and safety during workouts
- Knowledge of market trends in the fitness industry for staying up-to-date on new training methods and equipment
- Training development skills to continuously expand knowledge and expertise in fitness training techniques
