About the Job:

A group fitness instructor at Fitness 19 is someone who leads and motivates a large group of members in a specific class format. They are high energy, sociable individuals who love motivating people. They deliver a great customer service experience by being optimistic, encouraging, and bring a positive attitude to every class and around the gym. Fitness 19 is very team-centric and instructors should be flexible to accommodate schedule changes, cover teammates' classes, and have the ability to self-promote to increase class participation. They are punctual and dependable. They are knowledgeable, able to deliver safe, effective, and physiologically sound workouts while maintaining an exciting and engaging class.

Qualifications:

Must have Nationally recognized certification in the format teaching.
Previous teaching experience specific to the format that is being applied for (preferred).
Current CPR certification.
Must have reliable transportation.
Excellent customer service skills.
Clear verbal communication skills.
Must be punctual and dependable.
