Fitness 1440 Longview is looking for a vibrant General Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate membership and personal training sales by creating an outstanding experience for new and existing clients, referrals from members, and promoting the facility by distributing guest passes to prospective members
• Develop a strong team of customer service/sales staff to meet and exceed financial KPI’s
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goal as well as member retention
• Be active in the community by organizing events regularly, connecting with other local businesses to support healthy relationships
• Execute operational excellence (cleanliness, inventory control, quality control, and guest/member experience)
• Maintain knowledge and participate in all club services, programs, and products
• Be a leader that leads from the front and inspires others to perform at their best
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year management experience in the Fitness industry
• Sales experience 2-3 years
• Passionate about fitness and helping others achieving their fitness goals
• Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and influence people
• Self-starter
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting client loyalty

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
