With our exciting hybrid role you will be part of growth in both customer service and inside sales at Fitglow Beauty. You will be managing our customer service experience through our customer service platform, answering questions about products, processes and recommending suitable solutions. In addition, you will be managing inside sales, processing incoming orders along with executing marketing to existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities

External Customer Service

• Be the first point of contact to efficiently assist our external customer base through our Gorgias platform
• Consistently create and improve exceptional customer service and a memorable client experience
• Provide thorough knowledge of brand products, cross selling and offering suitable suggestions in order to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with the marketing and management team to deliver the most up to date product and company information to our customer base for both new product launches and our current baseline brand products
• Liaise with the shipping department regarding customer orders, shipping queries and develop a FAQ platform of customer excellence
• Consult with our customer base to determine skin type, skincare concerns and style preferences for our complexion match tool
• Share customer relationship data and reports with management on a monthly basis to improve customer retention
• Manage and resolve all difficult customer situations in a professional and timely manner

Inside Sales Support

• Maintain accurate records of potential and current retailers
• Process orders and purchase orders through Quickbooks and Faire, communicate updated data through our communicative platforms
• Consult with our shipping department and manage order updates and tracking information through our Shipstation platform
• Develop relationships with client base, understand the client’s requirements rewarding customer loyalty, cross sell complimentary products and pitch suitable promotions

Customer Development

• Provide innovation and creative solutions for promotions, events in the development of new product launches
• Plan and execute special events with retail partners
• Generate solid new and existing leads via booking

Experience

• Essential -1-3 years experience in a customer service and/or inside sales support is desired for this role
• Advantage - Background in the skincare/makeup industry

Communication

• Working knowledge of Asana, Slack, Gorgias, Quickbooks, Shipstation and Faire platforms (or equivalent programs)
• Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with impeccable organizational and time-management

Job Type

Full time: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Must be flexible and be able to work overtime/holidays/weekends during new launches, promotions and holiday season
