Merchandiser - Wichita Falls, Texas

Part-Time position

$17 an hour

Schedule: Weekends

Friday: 2pm - 9pm

Saturday: 8am - 11am and 12pm - 9pm

Sunday: 12pm - 7pm

• additional time available to cover other shifts and holidays

Job Description: This position is accountable for assigned stocking, merchandising, rotation, displays. On occasion assists with permanent point-of-sale (POS) materials.

Job Duties:

• Visit assigned stores to work back stock to stock displays, shelves, coolers and bunkers with all brands and packages sold by the company
• Rotate stock per procedures on expiration dating
• Where required build displays-install or distribute promotional materials
• Ensure POS is visible
• Ensure the products being delivered and that which is already in the account are properly rotated within the cooler, displays and backroom
• Safely handle all pallets and unsold product to prevent damage
• Breakdown orders in a timely fashion and put product away in cooler, backrooms and other storage areas. Organize back stock and discard all trash in its place
• Adheres to dress code standards governing appearance
• Works steadily and constantly without jeopardizing the quality of work

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work with computer programs associated with the performance of the position
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Have strong customer service and interpersonal expertise
• Decision making, thoroughness and time management a must
• Valid Texas driver license and have an acceptable MVR
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings including a physical, drug test and background investigation
