Service Technicians diagnose and repair technical problems with milking systems and perform general maintenance and service tasks on customer farms. No prior experience required. Training is provided. Ideal candidate has a background in agriculture.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Provide service/customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Perform necessary general maintenance and service tasks
• Collaborate with service/sales colleagues when needed
• Tie “workflow” to your daily schedule
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Communicate with Service Manager if/when a follow up call is required
• Engage in continued education when necessary
• Keep accurate records and files
• Remain reliable during your “on call” timeframes
• Build positive rapport and relationships with our customer base
• Observe all bio-secure measures
• Keep abreast of the latest methods for producing/ selling high quality milk
• Follow all company procedures and protocols
• Maintain a professional image
• Be a positive part of the F&T team
• Other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate Skills

• Basic electrical experience
• Basic plumbing experience
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn
• Ability to meet safety standards
• Valid Driver’s Licenses with ability to maintain throughout duration of employment

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
