The Customer Service Specialist is primarily responsible for customer interactions, maintaining the storefront, assisting walk in customers, and preparing and processing customer bills.

The ideal candidate is flexible, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is able to prioritize and multiple task. Strong communication and computer skills and a willingness to learn are also a best fit for this position.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

• Provide customer care by assisting walk in customers.
• Assist with incoming phone calls.
• Complete warranty returns including processing paperwork and other tasks associated with the return.
• Keep aisles and shelves organized and clean.
• Review expiration dates on product and maintain as needed.
• Collect all needed information from service technicians to accurately calculate customer bills. This includes labor hours, travel time, and parts used.
• When billing list all due amounts, provide itemized account of goods and services, charge accurate tax, and apply appropriate discounts.
• Check accounting system data to ensure accuracy of the final bill and ensure we have a record of every invoice.
• Update account records with customer information and balances.
• Answer customer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills.
• Assist with transfers and returns from service technicians’ truck to corresponding bins.
• Assist in putting pulled job materials on a transfer or invoice for service technicians.
• Follow all company procedures and protocols.
• Maintain a professional image.
• Be a positive part of the F&T team.
• Other duties as assigned.
