Job Title Technical Business Analyst What does a successful Technical Business Analyst do at Fiserv? You will work with a team of professionals and interact with customers and architects to ensure product services for Fiserv's LATAM clients who are hosted at Fiserv data centers are provided successfully. What you will do: Validate developed solutions to ensure that the completed product matches with the business requirements and operates correctly in client engagements Install new data center clients into test and production environments Implement upgrades on Fiserv products, running in the data center, including those that impact systems integrations, as well as make enhancements to base solutions. Administer Hot Fix, Alert, Service Pack, and other release cycled code releases Assist in second-level build-support environments that are required for research and code correction Participate in walkthroughs and other meetings to provide input and to build the expertise you will need for subsequent support What you will need to have: 5 years of business experience within the banking or credit union industries 5 years of experience in the financial services industry 5 years of hands-on experience working as a business analyst, testing and implementing solutions 4 years of experience using REST Assured, SOAP, and SQL Flexibility to be available when working schedules are impacted by new client installations, product upgrades, and releases Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience What would be great to have: Familiarity with Fiserv's Signature International core banking system and related Fiserv products Bilingual skills in English and Spanish Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure, TFS, SQL, and/or GitHub This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
