Job Summary

As an Information Systems Project Manager, you will ensure employees across the organization have a positive experience with the technology they use everyday. In this role, you will manage processes, improve user experiences, and support technology adoption. These skills will be used to: 

• Develop strategic and operational plans for client facing technology platforms and solutions, manage execution, and measure results by communicating effectively.
• Coordinate dependencies across design, development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance
• Communicate clearly and effectively for complex situations to the business, stakeholders and wider audiences.
• Manage processes and life cycles as well as advances in adoption and integrations.
• Ensure training teams for all departments have a clean and clear user guide on all technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business, enrollment in a related college degree program, or an equivalent combination of experience and training
• 5 years of experience working with client-facing technologies.
• 3 years of experience working in/as a technology support services contributor/leader
• Experience with executive support
• Project Management Certification
