Job Summary As the Compensation and Benefits Coordinator, you will take the initiative to ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits administration for the organization. These skills will be used to:
Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, wages, commissions, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Conduct analyses and audits of payroll and implement or recommend corrective action as needed.
Reconcile and pay benefit vendor invoices.
Update Associate Handbook, Benefits Guide, and other payroll and benefits communication, as directed.
Responds to associate emails accurately, timely, and with excellent customer service.
Assist in managing leave of absence and disability pay
Prepares and distributes biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
