Fischbach is an industry leader in the plastics packaging industry. We are a profitable and growing plant, seeking a skilled Automated Packaging Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining an automated screen-printing plastic packaging machine in our manufacturing facility. This is a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated for screen printing plastic packaging at company efficiency standards
• Set up and verify work orders
• Perform quality checks
• Perform basic machine adjustment and cleaning
• Maintain company standards for quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Qualification Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing with coworkers and management
• 3 years of steady previous employment in manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
