About the role:
As a Sr. Financial Analyst- G&A, you'll have your finger on the financial pulse of the entire organization across various shared service functions. Working with a diverse team and with business partners across the organization, you'll be responsible for developing, interpreting, and analyzing financial data to help the business strategize and execute on their annual goals.About the team:

We are an intelligent, organized, and multifaceted FP&A team. We are here to support our business partners across all the G&A functions to ensure our corporate full year projections are in line with company targets and expectations. We are a true business partner supporting the G&A leads, tax, accounting, and corporate consolidations finance to tell an accurate story.What you will be doing:
* Track and forecast OPEX expenses for G&A functions on a monthly basis, primarily headcount costs as well as other non-labor expenses, comparing actuals to forecast/plan * Perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance, annual risks and opportunities, and alignment to corporate financial targets.* Meet with organizational unit/department managers to discuss and establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets, assist with approving headcount, and non-labor costs.

* Work with accounting to calculate and communicate monthly accruals and necessary reclasses.

* Collaborate with business leaders to understand standalone WP organizational goals and plans to incorporate into annual forecast and budgets.

* Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. * Research and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of organizations.* Perform economic research and studies in areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.* Prepare reports for management summarizing results of research, analyses and evaluation of any discrepancies.What you will need:
* Bachelor's degree is required, Finance or Accounting highly preferred* Good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles as well as company accounting policies, procedures and standards* Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools* Analytical and statistical examination skills* Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are metAdded bonus if you have:
