About the team:

The Corporate ComplianceGovernance Team oversees the Anti-Bribery / Anti-Corruption and Sales Conduct programs as well as tracks all department third-party and financial spend. The financial oversight function includes headcount planning and analysis and overall budget management. The Team is part of the Legal and Compliance organization supporting all of World Pay.

What you will be doing:

* Assists management with development and implementation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
* Conducts regular updates on third party contractor onboarding and tracking.
* Partner with the Procurement function to ensure third party compliance in company policies when securing outside services.

* Work closely with finance on accrual support, business case creation, and trend analysis.
* Assist and drive management reporting.
* Establishes operational objectives and work plans.
* Enhance and build Global Compliance team-focused programs.
* Identifies areas of potential improvement and develops scalable solutions.
* Assist with managing business-critical projects that span across the Compliance, Risk Management and Legal teams.
* Other related duties assigned as needed.What you bring:

* Knowledge of MS Office software, such as Word, Excel and Access database
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality and work both independently and in a team environment
