About the role:
As an Account Services Associate, you will work directly with Mutual Fund shareholders and customers and help advance the way they pay, bank and invest. This will involve call center and processing support for back-office tasks that help FIS maintain an excellent working relationship with every client.About the team:
What you will be doing:

* Answering incoming calls from shareholders and clients.* Establishing strong relationship with clients and their shareholders.
* Working closely with the team to identify process needs,process improvements and reviewing work and prepareprocess related documentations on timely basis.What you will need:

* A basic understanding of investments as well as financial products like bonds, mutual funds and equities.

* Strong Customer Service Skills, ability to communicate well with callers

* Accuracy in processing trades or taking requests from callers

* Strong time management

* You must be a self-starter who takes an organized approach.
