About the team
Our global Talent Acquisition team provides end–to-end recruitment support for Worldpay. We pride ourselves on delivering a world-class recruitment process that exceeds the expectations of managers and candidates.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Program Manager who will lead a program of work centered around building out our IT function from a hiring standpoint.
What you will be doing
As a TA Program Manager, you will provide day-to-day support and direction to a team of US recruiters and partner with senior IT leaders on their hiring strategies. You will help shape the US strategy of recruiting across our IT business units and measurably impact the growth of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
Track, measure and report on hiring progress as relating to the program of work
Provide day-to- day support to recruiters in the US to ensure hiring is progressing according to plan and on time
Work with business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs and track delivery against those plans
Provide analysis, insights and recommendations to management regarding capacity to ensure better management of operating plans and recruiting decisions
Maintain a focus on the marketplace and communicate market intelligence as appropriate for the program
What you bring:
People leadership experience in an enterprise environment
Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Previous in-house recruitment experience for technology roles within a fast-moving commercial environment
Project delivery experience and ability to track and report progress on key deliverables
Understanding of recruitment and resourcing best practice and knowledge of relevant employment legislation
Relationships with and understanding of recruitment agency and executive search suppliers
Competency based interviewing experience
Strong written, communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate progress to senior leaders
Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as influencing skills
Workday ATS experience
FinTech or payments industry experience
