Job Description

About the role:
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you'll become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in D1 Mobile digital product, collaborating with project management, technical, and data conversion teams to implement, troubleshoot, and provide custom configurations for digital banking solutions to commercial and consumer banks. You'll engage directly with clients, guide them through the implementation and post-implementation configuration processes, and manage multiple project timelines to ensure successful product implementations.
About the team:

The D1 Mobile team is comprised of experts in project management, technical configuration, and data conversion, who work collaboratively to deliver customized online and mobile banking solutions to commercial and consumer banks, emphasizing innovation, client-specific customization, and seamless implementation.
What you will be doing:

  • Updating JSON & XML files
  • Work with project management and data conversion teams on implementations
  • Interface frequently with service delivery teams for troubleshooting and client support
  • Guide clients through the implementation process, help understand configurations, and assist with custom configurations post-implementation
  • Monitor client requests for custom configurations and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery
  • Participate in client meetings, team meetings, and specific discussions regarding project add-ons
  • Prepare for and manage tasks during the implementation windows, ensuring all client work for the weekly window has been completed

What you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of SQL (ability to write queries) and the ability to read, interpret, and edit XML
  • Critical thinking skills and comfortability in speaking with clients are crucial
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical role such as a service delivery or similar technical role
  • Willingness and ability to work closely with clients and internal teams, showcasing strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A deadline-driven mindset, and capable of managing multiple projects in various stages simultaneously

The pay range for this full-time position is $64,160.00 - $104,570.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
