The needs of these end-users continue to evolve and the role of Integrated Payments and Payment facilitators in this market is unfolding rapidly. We at Worldpay for Platforms will be the partner of choice for an expanded suite of Value-Added Service product that seamlessly extend from the existing Worldpay for Platforms experience.About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for guiding development teams utilizing Agile software development principles to create and deliver software applications that meet business, client, and company goals.
·Understands the company strategy, market, industry, and client goals and applies this understanding to assigned product space to create a product strategy.
·Articulates how their product's strategy fits into the overall company vision & strategy.
·Sets product priorities in order to align to and deliver against established company goals.
·Independently creates and manages the product backlog of user stories for assigned product.
·Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Product teams.
·Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.
·Creation/iteration on a cloud-based portal product facing software partners and merchants.
What you will need:
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
·Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex technical detail and aggregate key points in a direct, impactful manner for non-technical and executive audiences.
·The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
·At least 2 years of product-related experience with SaaS products or software applications.
·Ability to drive teams and initiatives with minimal oversight.
·Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving elements of the product development lifecycle (e.g., product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, product launch, etc.).
·A positive and tenacious attitude with a laser focus on creating solutions, driving value, and thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
·Strong negotiation, organization, analytical, collaboration and people skills.
·5 Years experience in the payment industry
Added bonus if you have:
·UX Experience
·Knowledge of payments industry.
·Advanced presentation skills, comfortable presenting to customers and internal teams and public (external) audiences via webinars and/or conference presentations.
·Firm understanding of APIs and how they work within applications.
