Firstsource Solution USA is Hiring a Support Specialist Near Louisville, KY

Support Specialist

Description: This Support Specialist-2 is responsible for assigned clerical tasks. These will include but are not limited to data entry, filing, copying, scanning, mail, etc. Other duties will be assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers
  • Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Working knowledge of personal computers
  • Must have working experience with office equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Possess excellent organization skills
  • Reliability of task completion and follow-up

Required Responsibilities:

  • Data entry
  • Ensure that the information entered is loaded into the system with minimal errors
  • Reconciliation
  • Inventory Review
  • Meet daily productivity goals and objectives assigned by management on a daily basis
  • Maintain confidentiality of account information at all times
  • Adhere to the subscribed policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and the Employee Code of Conduct
  • Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program
  • Maintain a neat and orderly workstation
  • Assist with other projects as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
