Job Title: Resident Services

Supervisor: On-site Property Managers, and General Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

• An extension of management assisting with building operations as mandated by tower managers and general manager.
• Assisting the general manager with building operations, office, valet, front desk, and security.
• Works with DOS on security related matters. Review daily shift logs.
• Sends blast notices regarding building issues.
• Sends violations notices as needed. Created files for grievances as needed.
• Assist maintenance with unit entry related matters. Assists with creating work orders as needed.
• Helps with the upkeep staff appearance in valet, front desk, and security.
• Reviews daily shift logs and addresses issues as listed.
• Identifies and clarifies residents' needs and requirements; answers questions; gives directions and instructions; develops inventories of services.
• Manages and screens messages.
• Performs orientations and welcomes new owners and tenants. Data entry for new owners and residents.
• Explains protocols to owners and services provides. Explains department functions for owner and tenant understanding.
• Handles reservations to amenities for private events including valet and security extra coverage needs.
• Provides recommendations to management with improvements in operations.
• Performs walkthrough of property and brings issues to corresponding departments attention.
• Helps residents establish accounts and schedules access for authorized vendors to provide services within units.
• Provides services requested by making arrangements and reservations for dining, tours, travel, entertainment, accommodations, rentals gifts, sporting events, transportation, meetings, secretarial services, couriers, communication and mail services, personal appointments and services, medical services, and similar requests; reminding residents of schedules; providing support and assistance; running errands; personalizing services.
• Anticipates services required by ascertaining mood and style of residents, identifying options, developing itineraries.
• Organizes social events and event planning and arranges services.
• Improves services by obtaining and evaluating resident observations, opinions, and criticisms.
• Maintains guest privacy and organization reputation by keeping information confidential.
• Enhances department and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks.
• Accepts all changes as required by the association.
